Part-time tuition fees
If you’re studying a part-time undergraduate course with ÖØ¿ÚζSM, or retaking some modules on your undergraduate course, here’s how you can calculate your fee.

How to calculate your part-time tuition fees
If you’re studying or about to begin studying a part-time undergraduate course with ÖØ¿ÚζSM, you may want to calculate the fee you will pay. To do this, you need to know how many credits you are taking and then refer to the tables below to calculate your fee. For example, if you are studying two modules worth 30 credits each and the equivalent full-time course fee is £9,535, your fee would be 2 x £2,381 = £4,762.
For reference, modules at Kingston Universityare usually worth 30 credits each. Full-time students generally take 120 credits in an academic year. If you are taking no more than 90 credits in a given year, you will be considered a part-time student.
Important note for repeating students: If you are studying part-time but repeating modules from your full-time course, you will still need to apply for your Student Finance as a full-time student. This is because although you would be studying part-time, you are still following the full-time course.

Additional information about your fees
It’s worth noting that fees can change from year to year. As such, if you are planning to complete your course over a longer period than full-time students, you may expect your fees to change.
Please note: if you are repeating some modules from a full-time course, Student Finance England will still consider you as full-time for the purposes of applying for a loan. You should apply for a loan as a full-time student, not a part-time one.
