Kingston Universityon the register of English higher education providers
In April 2018, the (OfS) became the regulatory body for the English higher education sector and a process was initiated for providers to seek registration with the OfS. Outcomes were expected in September 2018 and as a result, with effect from 24 September 2018, the OfS confirmed the registration of Kingston Universityon the register of English higher education providers, in accordance with section 4(5) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017 (HERA).
This means that the University is a recognised provider for Higher Education as it meets all of the Office for Students' requirements, which include and are not limited to course quality, academic standards, student support and student protection.
