About

I have been a member of  Adjunct Faculty at Kingston UniversityBusiness School since 2008.  Following a career in training and development with blue chip management consultancies, I have taught Organisational Behaviour and HRM.  I have also provided academic skills advice as part of the Academic Success Team.  I currently act as a personal tutor to international students completing Masters qualifications.  My research is based within the HE field with a focus on academic identity development; embedding employability and academic skills (especially critical thinking skills); building engagement via assessment and transition to Higher Education.
